At Grainlight Co, we take pride in the quality of our handmade frames, fine art prints, and 3D printed creations. Below you’ll find our policies regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping

• We currently ship only within the United States.

• All items are packed with care using protective materials appropriate to their type (e.g., flat-shipped prints, padded frame corners, reinforced boxes).

• Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipping.

• You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Framed and Unframed Prints

• Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• Please contact us before returning any item to receive instructions and a return authorization.

Handcrafted Frames

• Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, under the same conditions as prints.

• We do not accept returns on frames that have been altered or damaged after delivery.

3D Printed Items

• Returns are not accepted for 3D printed products.

• However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect not caught by quality control, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
