At Grainlight Co, we take pride in the quality of our handmade frames, fine art prints, and 3D printed creations. Below you’ll find our policies regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.

Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States.

All items are packed with care using protective materials appropriate to their type (e.g., flat-shipped prints, padded frame corners, reinforced boxes).

Processing time is typically 3–5 business days before shipping.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds
Framed and Unframed Prints

Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Please contact us before returning any item to receive instructions and a return authorization.
Handcrafted Frames

Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, under the same conditions as prints.

We do not accept returns on frames that have been altered or damaged after delivery.
3D Printed Items

Returns are not accepted for 3D printed products.

However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect not caught by quality control, we will issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
